Applied to solid-state lighting such as LED lighting, street lighting, landscape lighting, television systems, home theater systems, portable projectors, backlighting for automotive instrument displays, etc.

Three channel LED (light-emitting diode display) driver control circuit, integrated with MCU digital interface, data latch, LED high-voltage drive circuit, etc. The individual brightness of the chip is controlled through peripheral MCU, and the color dot matrix illumination control of the outdoor large screen is achieved through cascade control. This product adopts high-voltage power CMOS technology, with an output port withstand voltage of 24V, an adjustable circuit (256 levels adjustable), a single line serial interface cascade interface protocol, and can complete data reception and decoding through a single signal line. It is equipped with RC oscillation mode and clock synchronization according to the signal on the data line. After receiving the data from this unit, it can automatically shape the subsequent data and send it out through the data output terminal. It also has a built-in power on reset circuit, The PWM control end can achieve 1024 level adjustment, with a scanning frequency of no less than 400Hz/s. When the inter chip transmission cable is no more than 1 meter, the number of cascades should not be less than 512. When the transmission cable between chips is no more than 3 meters, the number of cascades should not be less than 256, and the data transmission speed can reach 400Kbps. Packaging form: SOP8
